Leadership and development of the HR Shared Services Team to ensure efficient and service-oriented operation Responsibility for the planning and implementation of all tasks in the fields of personnel administration, pay accounting and time management Ensuring the high quality of our HR services through continuous monitoring and improvement of existing processes and monitoring of KPIs to measure efficiency and quality Contact person for HR-relevant topics and support for the specialist departments in matters Cooperation with other HR areas to ensure consistent and consistent employee experience Training and coaching team members to develop their skills and knowledge Participation in projects for digitization and automation of HR processes Direct reporting line to HR Shared Services

Complete studies in the field of business management, human resources management or a related field Multiannual professional experience in HR, ideally in a leadership role within a shared service center Very good knowledge of HR processes, personal administration, collective wages, social security and labour law Found experience with common HR systems (HRIS software) and safe handling of Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented way of thinking High social competence and the ability to motivate and guide a team German and English language skills in word and writing
