Educator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development-promoting accompaniment of young people in everyday life and in leisure: with the help of the clients, You accompany you at their beginning of the day and meals. You support the homework and the search for leisure interests. You take over reference care for 1-2 residents and create a family-like everyday life, for example by offering jobs in the afternoon, creating a cozy evening situation and experiencing weekend and holiday activities with their residents, such as musicals or the stungeon festivals. You support the parent-child contacts of our residents. You take care of their social network with the residents and work professionally and collaborally with a diverse team.

You have a successfully completed training as a state-recognized educatorin, curatorin, curative teacherin, curative teacherin, or a degree as a social pedagogue or a comparable qualification. You are open and valuable to the personalities of the children. Their work is characterised by self-employment, commitment, flexibility and team spirit. You are interested in the further development of the professional work and are looking forward to shaping the offers in our Strelahaus. You have a class B driving license and ready-to-use knowledge in MS Office and interactive media. You can work in shift, weekend, holiday and night readiness.
