You develop, maintain and coordinate contract documents and procedures for planning and construction services You call for uniform and audit-proof projects and project documentation to ensure their completeness, up-to-date and quality You monitor appointments, deadlines, documents and repositories as well as document periods and prioritization of contract-relevant processes for the three operational construction departments You work closely with the project management and the organisational units involved, in particular with controlling, finance, lawyers and the department You operate and maintain a web-based project communication system, in particular authorization management, versioning and quality of the information stored there

You have completed training to/from administrative staff You are willing to work on structural, procurement and contractual issues You are team- and collaborative You are decision-making and result-oriented You are interested in implementing new ideas and innovations
