As a creditor accountant (m/w/d), you take care of our suppliers and thus support a smooth running of our processes.

Contact person and expert advisor of the Shared Service Center Own-responsible vote and clarification of creditor accounts (special cases) Creation of the numbers and processing of incoming reminders Contact persons in escalation cases for specialist departments and suppliers Analysis and optimization of existing processes Development and realization of digitalization potentials Creation and maintenance of work instructions (SOP) and supplier master files

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in accounting Experience with Shared Service Center Safe handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Own and structured mode of operation, rapid understanding and affinity for numbers Experience in the field of process control and documentation Embossed team and communication skills as well as high self-motivation
