Your area of responsibility includes the following educational activities: You work child-centered and educationally with children aged 0.6 - 6 years An important focus is on language education and intercultural work The independent organization and design of the group everyday are yours together with your colleagues You accompany and support the children in their individual development processes, taking into account the life-worldly motive and problems of the families Working closely with your parents You bring your ideas and expertise into conceptual development

You have a certificate of professional qualifications as a state-approved educator (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, foreign language skills are advantageous You have an independent and conscientious way of working and don't let you get out of your mind so quickly Curiosity and motivation to promote children age-oriented are at your heart
