Project coordination and task planning Preparation and moderation of workshops Creation of presentations and communication templates Moderation and logging of management meetings Project assistance incl. room coordination for training, access support for international employees

Completed study or commercial training with multi-year relevant professional experience Experience in large projects as PMO Very good PC skills and IT affinity Flowing German and English skills Basic understanding of process management Very good skills in creating target group-specific communication documents Safe and eager appearance Strong teamwork orientation and service orientation readiness to travel Working time model: 37.5 hours/week
