With the conversion of the AC network and the construction of the DC network, the teams create the conditions for the success of the energy transition and take over the cost, budget and implementation responsibility. You create new concepts for cooperation and management at management level and develop existing project management systems. In a networked matrix organization, you will keep an overview, coordinate superordinate themes of cooperation and assist in a moderate manner as a facilitator. In close consultation with various departments and teams, you identify synergies and potentials to increase efficiency in cooperation and shape their implementation. Continuously create transparency about the status and key figures of the current network construction projects for management. You will take responsibility for special topics of management and implement them independently

You have a degree (uni, FH, DH) in infrastructure management, economics, or engineering and a comparable qualification. In addition, you can convince with pronounced analytical thinking and great interest in connected topics. With high self-motivation, you work independently and profit-oriented. In addition, you can successfully and successfully complete projects with internal and external contacts through your integration and communication skills.
