Contract and Amendment Manager:in Transport Infrastructure Projects (Human*)

To strengthen our transport team, we are looking for a:n contract and follow-up manager: in transport infrastructure projects (person*). Our offices in Berlin, Munich, Hanover, Hamburg, Mannheim and Mainz are available as possible locations.

Contract and Contract Management You develop and control the contract and after-sales management process to ensure smooth contract and after-sales processing throughout the business unit. Project management and strategy consulting You accompany projects from start to finish. Together with our project managers, you implement the commercial project strategy and ensure effective contract and follow-up management. Project analysis and evaluation You analyze and evaluate project changes in terms of technical, financial, contractual and future aspects. Reporting and cooperation You report directly to the management of the business unit and work closely with our project managers: in order to optimally support the project goals. Consulting and support of the project team You support the project managers: in the analysis of contractual issues and in the preparation of the necessary communication on contractual changes.

Risk management You support management in risk management and actively contribute to minimising project risks.

Experience: You have completed your studies in the field of transport, civil engineering or economic engineering. You bring several years of professional experience in contract management/contract law and project management (especially HOAI, VOB). abilities: You speak German at least on C1 level and English at B2 level. Tools: You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications, especially Excel. Mindset: You convince by good communication skills and a safe occurrence.
