• The focus of the state-of-the-art welding industry is on manual welding technology – here it comes to precision, craftsmanship and technical understanding. At the same time, you can work on innovative systems such as welding robots and gain exciting insights into their operation and programming
• Whether manual or automated: You implement the incoming orders in top quality independently and pay particular attention to the fact that you implement all specifications of the technical drawings
• Then you control the welded components again, e.g. for completeness, dimensional accuracy and quality of the welds.
• In order for our work equipment to function optimally for a long time, you can clean your workstation regularly, take minor maintenance measures under instructions or support your colleagues in repairs

• A completed training (e.g. metal maker, machine locker, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in metal processing and a good technical basic understanding, technical drawings can be easily read.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with WIG, MAG and resistance welding.
• Great would also be first experiences in handling robots/cobots.
• Willingness to shift work (usually we work in the 2-shift system; if necessary, night shifts also apply).
• Good knowledge of German.
• You are also a real team player with interest in new (digital) technologies, craftsmanship and a high quality awareness.
