Preparation and execution of RFQs (Request for Quotation) Coordination and implementation of price and contract negotiations and award decisions Planning and implementation of supplier segmentation and supplier evaluation based on criteria such as performance and strategic fit and development of strategic supplier relationships Compilation of risk analyses (e.g. supply security, financial stability) and monitoring of the conditions under the supply chain regulatory law Initiation of purchase projects for cost optimization and efficiency enhancement in close coordination with internal stakeholders Operational Purchase Support

Very good knowledge about MS Office and SAP R/3 and ideally with SAP S/4HANA Experience in purchasing a manufacturing company in the chemical industry Very good communication skills Decision-making competence with the introduction of cost-consciousness and enforcement assets Negotiating skills and strategic thinking Good analytical skills and knowledge of English
