Strategic assortment design in the field of utility garden – always customer-centric and optimally adapted to the interaction of stationary trade and digital channels Responsibility for the entrepreneurial balance between sales, margin, costs, inventory and highest customer satisfaction Supplier management and management of negotiations Strategic and operational product and assortment development Initiation of online marketing measures such as social media, newsletter or digital slides Strategic advertising planning and analysis of advertising effectiveness Management and support of projects (e.g. cross-channel concepts, logistics optimizations) Close coordination with interfaces such as marketing, e-commerce, sales, logistics and IT Professional and disciplinary leadership, role distribution and further development of team members

Successfully completed economic studies (Bachelor or comparable) At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in category management, product management or purchasing Affinity for the green industry and passion for consumer products Experience in leadership of teams and further development/coaching of employees German and English language skills in word and writing Embossed Analytical Skills and Communication Strength Affinity for data, digital processes and e-commerce
