As a SAP Process Owner Retail, you are responsible for developing a future-oriented process landscape with a clear governance structure and continuous end-to-end sinks as part of our S/4 HANA program, in order to design basic structures in SAP S/4 HANA from the Purchasing area With analytical approaches, you will show optimization options and transform them into tangible improvements You take translations/visualizations in Signavio to convert complex process topics into understandable language and diagrams Together with other stakeholders, you will illustrate the process management visions in workshops and examine them for feasibility You are involved in the further development of the process landscape and organisation

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, business informatics or in a comparable discipline, ideally focusing on process management or multiannual experience with process documentation First professional experience in workflow and business process management Experiences in SAP S/4 HANA Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Confluence or RMTool Jira (ticket system) Experience in the moderation of workshops Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good process understanding coupled with analytical and conceptual skills
