The specialist center for paediatric neurology, neuro rehabilitation and epileptology offers 85 stationary and 10 day-care beds. It works closely with various disciplines, a specialized team of therapists and an experienced psychosocial team. For our location Vogtareuth we are looking for a specialist department management (m/w/d) ergotherapy child for the area of neuropaediatrics & child orthopedics at the next possible time. Technical and organisational management: You take over the operational and professional management of the Department of Child Ergotherapie and ensure a smooth operation. Responsible team leadership: You lead the team including service and resource planning. Structured quality development: You continuously secure and develop quality, documentation and QM standards. Efficient process control: You optimise interdisciplinary processes and actively shape processes. Active staff participation: You work in personnel planning and recruiting. Conceptual development: You continuously develop ergonomic concepts and supply structures. Individually responsible patient treatment: You treat patients independently in the field. For you, client centering and actuating orientation are just as important as for us.

You have completed therapeutic training or study of ergotherapy. You bring several years of professional experience in paediatric ergotherapy. You ideally have leadership experience or a pronounced leadership competence. You are characterized by high technical expertise in development diagnostics, auxiliary care and parental work. Organisational strength, communication skills and team orientation are among your strengths. Additional qualifications in the neuropaediatric range are advantageous.
