Employee of strategic IT purchasing – focus on contract and license management (m/f/d)

As a central contact person, you are available for all questions regarding the IT purchase and IT service provider management for internal and external stakeholders. You take responsibility for the strategic and operational purchasing of IT services as well as soft and hardware. You conduct price negotiations, supplier requests and contract conclusion independently and successfully – even in complex and financially challenging contractual negotiations. In addition, you are responsible for contract and license management by managing IT contracts and license portfolios, optimizing and developing them in close coordination with internal stakeholders. In addition, you actively shape the selection and control of IT service providers, work closely with the IT Procurement Team of the Forvis Mazars Group and introduce yourself to international projects.

Completed studies in the technical or commercial field or multi-year relevant professional experience in IT purchasing Found experience in managing IT suppliers and contract management Ideally knowledge in handling ITSM/ticket systems Impressed negotiating security, final strength and structured, proactive and independent working methods Very good communication skills in German and English as well as high customer orientation, flexibility and team spirit
