Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or comparable experience Multiannual experience in customer service / operations environment relevant The customer is your focus and you have a good sense of service quality Understanding Agile Methods and Modern Leadership Principles (Servant Leadership) Joy in developing teams, coaching and accompanying changes Strong communication skills, empathy and moderation skills Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to keep an overview even in complex situations Openness, curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
