You are responsible for holdings in housing and business You will work on the current inventory topics, communicate with specialist companies and carry out writing and awarding activities for craftsmen You monitor re- and development activities and advise our asset management in the planning of value-keeping and value-increasing construction measures You are responsible for warranty topics for passing on to the respective developer of an object You deal with insurance damage in close coordination with building insurance In addition, you take the order assignment and the invoice control into SAP-RE FX You accompany the acquisition of new port films from a technical point of view and support our further growth

You have completed a craft or technical training You ideally have a training as a technician:in or are open to such a training in our home Experiences in the technical support of residential and commercial properties are advantageous A safe handling of MS Office is of course for you - first users: you benefit from the SAP environment You bring a high service orientation, communication strength and team skills into your daily work
