Your tasks:

• As the first respondent for our Authorized Service Partners:inside (ASP) in the export markets, you enter and optimise the part supply chain in cooperation with these
• You are responsible for the support and advice of the Wholesale Organisation in the associated care area
• You work with different areas to ensure the fastest possible processing and support in customer requests and complaints
• You advise service partners:inside with regard to the optimal use of initial stockpiles, stockkeeping, ordering systems and more efficient/ process-proof order processing and demand these
• As a responsible person, you take the representation of the manufacturer's interests in discussions with the management of the respective service partners:
• You conduct projects that relate to your own area of responsibility and take special tasks within the area

Your qualifications:

Convince us with your qualifications

• You have a completed (special) degree in economic engineering, BWL or in comparable courses
• You bring knowledge of German and English with you
• You convince with comprehensive MS Office skills and already have experience with SAP and project management
• You bring strong product and market knowledge
• In addition to analytical thinking and sense of responsibility, you also have strong communication skills
• You are a team player:in and score with strong contact and conflictability
• You bring travel readiness
