For our Tax & Legal Solutions division, we are looking for you as a lawyer / full lawyer tax law (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Tax strategies - When it comes to tax issues, you advise national and international clients on strategies, restructuring, cross-border tax plans or the optimization of the group structure and then implement them. Examination - To maintain audits is one of your tasks as well as to create tax returns and check tax decisions. Optionally, you first and check contracts with legal regulations and accompany negotiations with our clients. Proceedings - You conduct opposition proceedings, court proceedings and international (pre-)understanding proceedings in tax matters. Focus - In these teams, you can join us: Corporate Tax, Deals Tax, International Tax Services, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Taxes, Private Client Solutions, Global Compliance Services, Financial Services, Public Sector and Real Estate Tax. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in law with at least satisfactory examina and relevant focal points in the field of tax law and are (legal) lawyer. Also as a professional starter: you are welcome and ideally have practical experience in tax advice in the context of internships, a lecturer or legal cooperation. Your technical and analytical knowledge allows you to quickly capture and present legal issues on tax issues. Your strengths include your high level of responsibility and commitment, as well as the ability to integrate very well into a team.
