With customised maintenance programs and most advanced repair procedures, the company ensures the reliability and availability of aircraft fleets.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator (m/w/d) in full-time (37,5 hours) as part of the transfer of employees.

THERE HAVES:

• Planning, organisation and coordination of technical and non-technical training according to personnel development plan
• Monitoring authorizations based on defined expiry dates and introduction of necessary measures to maintain
• Installation and maintenance of employee data in the detection system MINT
• Documentation and management of certificates, evidence and relevant documents in the ELO document management system
• Supporting the training manager in administrative tasks and in daily routines

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete technical or commercial vocational training
• Good understanding of internal processes and relationships
• Self-employed and systematic work
• High customer orientation, flexibility, durability and serviceability
• Good computer knowledge
• Good knowledge of English
