As an operating manager (m/w/d), you have the overall responsibility for a gastronomic operation and actively shape its economic and qualitative success. Total responsibility for organisation, operation and efficiency Planning, organisation and implementation of conference, training and special events as well as complementary gastronomic formats (e.g. coffee bars, promotions, events) Active development of the site in terms of cuisine, service culture and attractiveness for guests and clients Leadership, motivation and further development of the team including training Ensuring our high quality standards in kitchen and service Responsibility for goods management, goods use and cost-conscious purchasing Use of digital media and systems such as apps or commodity management tools Implementation and control of all hygiene and HACCP requirements Active cooperation with our contractual partner as well as care for customer and client satisfaction
