You support commercial and technical management of residential and commercial properties You are involved in tenant care and communication with service providers and craftsmen You support the creation and testing of additional cost accounting You process maintenance and repair orders You provide object and contract data in our management systems You support object visits and documentation and logging

Continuous study in the field of real estate, business engineering, facility management or comparable study programme Interest in real estate relations and commercial processes Structured and independent operation Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Communication strength and friendly appearance Team skills and organisation skills
