Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a project manager, you assume the technical responsibility for national and international, multiple and complex projects – from acquisition to customer acceptance. You control dates, quality and costs for the “Turm” subsystem, including all logistic components, taking into account possible offset performances as well as business center topics In addition, you are responsible for creating offers and contract documents as well as German and English-language project reports and technical reports The analysis and definition of technical requirements, the creation of technical specifications, performance descriptions, load specifications, volume frameworks, acceptance criteria by the client as well as other technical documentation are also part of your responsibility You take care of the preparation, participation and moderation of contract negotiations, meetings and project presentations – both nationally and internationally You ensure the implementation and compliance of the technical project objectives as well as contract-compliant project execution and are responsible for the strategic development, control and monitoring of technical processes You clarify and evaluate technical questions in cooperation with specialist departments and required external partners Developing policy templates as the basis of strategic decisions and reporting to higher-level relevant bodies are also your tasks Working closely with the project core team and giving project employees (m/w/d) technical support and guidance You coordinate and control internal and external interfaces – including UAN – and are responsible for initial contact with stakeholders (key accounts / front-end) The monitoring and evaluation of deviations or changes as well as their economic impact on the determination and enforcement of claims (Claim Management) also fall within your competence In addition, ensure early detection of project risks and the introduction of appropriate measures, as well as ensuring compliance with corporate standards and policies (risk management) Your work is rounded off by cooperation in the further development, design and analysis of technical overall systems

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification in the technical field You have several years of experience in the management or responsibility of technical projects and have a strong technical and very good commercial understanding In addition, you have good SAP skills and are safe to use MS Office, especially Excel, as well as Jira and Confluence You have a well-founded knowledge of the project calculation and master the English language for negotiation Regular service trips in Germany and abroad do not pose a problem for you Ideally you have military training or have already gained experience in this area An internationally recognized certification in project management (e.g. IPMA or PMI) completes your profile
