Site Logistics is responsible for all transportation and storage activities and production logistics at the Grenzach site. At the next time, we would like to give you the opportunity to work with innovative solutions for the duration of 6 months and thus contribute to a sustainable development of the site. Design the digital future of our logistics: You evaluate and accompany digitization and automation projects, for example when introducing applications for the management of driver, qualification and fleet data. Gather valuable practical experience in the supply chain: You support our unit in operational supply chain issues and contribute to the updating of instructions on § 14 of the Hazardous Subsidiary Regulation (GefStoffV) and thus contribute to smooth production processes. Make logistics processes safer and more efficient: you identify potentials for effective and secure logistics processes at the site and support the maintenance of safety-relevant data. Develop innovative transport solutions: You analyze the transport routes at the site and work to evaluate a possible use of driverless transport systems (AGV) – from process recording to business case.

You are part of the BASF team from the first day. We will pay you an attractive internship compensation of €800 (monthly gross fee for voluntary internships as well as compulsory internships, final work will be paid at €1000). There is the possibility to live in a trainee's WG subsidised by BASF near the factory. If you need to move and use the WG, we will support you with a rental fee of €300 (monthly, gross). We offer you to enter challenging areas of work and take on exciting tasks and, if possible, subprojects in an interdisciplinary working environment.
