Senior Program Manager Mechatronik (m/f/d)

Coordination of all program activities from the acquisition phase up to 3 months after the start of series production taking into account customer satisfaction, quality, cost and delivery targets, and profitability across the entire project lifecycle Communication with customers and development partners in coordination with the departments Consistent application of the Coaster Programme Management System to achieve programme objectives Head of the core team and assignment of tasks and goals to team members Compliance with financial objectives through convergence plans Management of risks and opportunities through timely QCD analysis Ensuring smooth transfer of programmes from the development site to the production site Communication and reporting on relevant programme status to all stakeholders Ensuring the capitalisation of the knowledge gained from the programme for the company

Education: completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Experience: many years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in multi-project management, ideally as a program manager, senior project manager or in a leading function within the automotive industry Technical understanding: sound knowledge in mechatronic systems (actuatorics, drives, PLA, ECUs,...), software development (ASPICE) and ideally in the industrialization of modular concepts Methodology competence: well-founded experience in the management of customer, platform and region-wide standard components, sovereign handling of the common tools in Program Management (PLM, ECM, KPI, Risk Assessment, Escalation Process, Business Plan, ECM) and good knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA, ...) Personality: strong leadership qualities, enforcement ability, negotiation skills, communication strength in German and English
