We are looking for the next time Head of Business Development with focus on “Customer Care” In the field of commercial management, a new area is to be established for the DHZC, which translates relations with the “customer groups” (patient:internal, assigning physicians) into a positive business development. The higher-level goal of the new area is to achieve maximum utilization of the DHZC with complex medical cases, which on the one hand correspond to the supply order of a university-level device and on the other hand ensure that the patients also receive the best possible care.
