Support and administration of the hardware, software, networks, systems and interfaces at the site according to the group specifications Responsibility for local application support including procurement, installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software Takeover of the 1st level support for hardware, software and SAP, as well as user instruction and training Monitoring system functionality, troubleshooting and initiation of necessary emergency processes Support for commercial and production-related IT systems and their interfaces Development and programming of location and user-specific solutions as well as design of test and simulation programs Cooperation with SAP Process Specialists and Participation in SAP Key Users Planning and coordination of local IT projects as well as creation and maintenance of IT-Pflichtheften and schedules Coordination of external IT service providers and, if necessary, representation of central IT services Implementation and monitoring of regular data backups and backup processes Participation in risk assessments and compliance with the requirements for occupational, health, environmental and fire protection

Completed 3-year vocational training in IT, e.g. as a specialist in system integration, as well as at least 2-year professional training First professional experience in IT is beneficial Funded IT skills in the areas of Microsoft 365, SAP, programming, hardware and software administration, networks, IT system landscapes, user support and data backup, basic knowledge of IT security are advantageous Experience in the installation, configuration and rollout of hardware and software as well as in the care and training of users Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced service orientation English knowledge of at least B2 level (self-employed language use) and good German knowledge of word and writing
