Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You take over the professional and sales training of our trainees and cross-comers: both in sales – practical, motivating and with a clear view to professional development. You design, plan and implement modern training formats – from presence events to webinars to self-controlled digital learning offerings. You can make your training flexible – either remote from the home office or personally on site in hotels. You work closely with internal departments and agency sales to continuously develop content and integrate current requirements.

You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or a comparable training, ideally complemented by further training as Insurance specialist:in and/or a trainer:internal qualification. You contribute external service experience, have ideally already carried out autonomous training and training activities and have cross-spread knowledge in the insurance sector. You think conceptually, act structured and understand to pass on their sales skills to others. In addition, you are characterized by your organizational strength and creativity in the design of learning formats. You are a real team player, strong in communication and bring the necessary personal motivation as well as flexibility for nationwide travel activities.
