Your tasks with us: Strategy and control: You support the development of operational IT strategies and their implementation control. You prioritise strategic initiatives according to urgency, resource availability and effect.

Project management and portfolio management: You control cross-reference projects and are responsible for their cooperation and communication. You keep an eye on the harmonisation of the project portfolio across all areas of expertise to avoid conflicts.

Personnel management and development: You are responsible for the management and development of property management as well as the IT administration priority Security and the accounting office. You create individual development plans to promote leadership skills.

Budget responsibility: You take over budget planning and monitoring for the IT department. You create a prioritisation of budget requirements according to strategic relevance and urgency.

representation and networking: You represent the IT department in management-internal control bodies. You foster networks to other local authorities to exchange experiences.

Representation: You are responsible for the management of IT & Central Services.

Take this with you: Qualification: You have completed their studies in computer science, business informatics or equivalent IT training with corresponding training. You bring in-depth knowledge of strategy development, project and process management as well as sound knowledge of BSI framework conditions, ITIL foundations and GDPR.

Personal strengths: You work independently, structured as well as service- and result-oriented and appreciate the cooperation in a collegial team. You convince by a strong communication strength, cooperation willingness, negotiation skills and enforcement capability.

Flexibility and mobility: You bring the willingness to flexible working hours – even in evenings and weekends. You have a driver's license and are willing to use your vehicle for reimbursement for service purposes.

Language skills: You have very good German knowledge (at least GER C1).
