Debt Collection/Receivables Management Clerk - French (m/f/d)

In our debt management department, we offer our customers comprehensive debt collection services. In your role as a specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for receiving and processing collection orders. With your outstanding language skills, especially in French, but also in German and English, you will fully and with a high level of service orientation. You have the opportunity to do a lot of your work at home office. We work together twice a week at the headquarters in Erkrath and promote direct exchange. You support our international customers in writing and by telephone in cross-border debt management. The independent implementation of collection procedures and the associated examination of the diligence of receivables and the completeness of collection orders is your responsibility. In addition, you will create complaints and review open claims, including clarification of payment objections and obstacles. You will use multilingual communication with creditors and debtors and provide the data for internal accounting. The processing of customer complaints is also one of your tasks.

You have completed a commercial training – or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the forwarding field or debt management or you have other legal knowledge. In particular, you have French knowledge that is secure for negotiation, as well as knowledge of German and good English. You work proactively and independently, and you bring communication strength and enforcement capability. With the popular MS Office applications, you go routined. A high degree of organizational skills, outcome and service orientation as well as stress resistance, reliability and team capacity complete your profile.
