Closed commercial training, e.g. real estate business, industrial businessman, office businessman or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in a comparable position In-depth knowledge in the field of operating and heating costs as well as experience in dealing with tenants SAP knowledge as well as very good MS Office knowledge Self-employed and structured work Good communication, negotiation and team skills
