What you do with us: You are responsible for ensuring the commercial property and rental management of our REWE markets. You're checking and you're gonna set up additional cost bills. You also support the implementation of billing structures of new objects. You control invoices from service providers and release them. The maintenance of legal interests from the rental contract as well as the rent accounting and the receivable management is also part of your tasks. You are in exchange with authorities and various internal interfaces.

What convinces us: Your successfully completed training as a real estate businessman or alternatively your commercial training with several years of professional experience in the independent management of real estate. Your routing with MS-Office and ideally your experience with SAP RE (FX). Your distinctive service and resilience are the key to your structured, meticulous and independent work.
