You are a contact person*in for our employees at all locations and our farms for all IT topics You support the introduction of new IT technology, as part of project collaboration or support of rollouts You are responsible for the processing of faults, change requests or service requests via email, ticket and telephone as well as personally on site You accompany the onboarding and offboarding of employees You are responsible for the administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment You analyze and resolve hardware, software and network problems

You have completed a training as a specialist in system integration or have a study of (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification You could ideally use your knowledge as a system administrator*in or helpdesk agent in practice You can safely move in the Microsoft environment You have very good language skills in German, but also English enquiries you will work with good language skills You have optimal experience and knowledge in mobile device management such as Microsoft Intune Your profile is rounded off by your independent working, communication strength and a pronounced service idea
