Sachbearbeiter Customer Care HQ (m/f/d)

You coordinate, control and conduct all deliveries in coordination with clients, forwarders, insurance companies and internal bodies, taking into account all necessary export documentation and commercial concerns. You mainly process export orders, offers and correspondence and clarify technical and commercial issues related to offers and orders, including the solution of shipping and customs problems. You are responsible for the processing of imports and transit trades. You undertake the processing of monetary transactions, including bank transactions in the context of export transactions and accreditation processing. You act as back-ups of various market regions and support them through the acquisition of quotations, logistical coordination of promotions, as well as advice on commercial shipping and customs issues.

You have successfully completed training in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding or in industry with a focus on export. You have professional experience in processing export and/or import orders and have good knowledge of customs procedures. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications, experiences with SAP are a plus. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, other foreign languages (especially Spanish) are of advantage.
