Office clerk refinery TZ/VZ (m/f/d)

For its location on the refinery in Gelsenkirchen-Scholven, our large customer from the field of electrical engineering is looking for an office businesswoman (m/w/d) or industrial businesswoman (m/w/d) for the commercial construction site organization for 20-40 hours/week with takeover option.

Support of the construction site management in administrative tasks. Recording orders in the customer system. Ordering, timing and data management. Registration of personnel and visitors to the factory protection. Implementation of all correspondence and organisational activities.

, , , , , Experience in the administrative field and organization of commercial processes. German language and writing. English skills are of advantage. Good knowledge in the MS Office (Word & Excel). Administration of the construction site traffic, as well as office organization. Communication skills in dealing with employees and customers in commercial and commercial areas complete your profile.

You will receive a contract in part/full time for 20-40 hours/week. Payment of fare or job ticket. You will also receive a tariff Christmas and holiday money.
