Dispatcher Regional Transport (m/f/d)

About the job You plan, control and monitor the advances and follow-ups for touring and carrier vehicles in regional transport, always with a view to efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You are responsible for the efficient deployment planning of vehicles taking into account legal requirements and customer requirements

You are responsible for creating and processing orders in the transport management system

You monitor dates, delivery status and utilisation to ensure a smooth process.

You’re planning and analyzing tours as well as key figures to continuously optimize efficiency and costs.

You are the interface between drivers, customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of information

You bring ideas to optimise our operational processes and actively implement them

About You You have successfully completed your training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or comparable training

You already have well-founded experience in MRP, preferably in truck traffic

You have knowledge about legal regulations Steering times, hazardous goods, cargo securing as well as good local knowledge in the Hamburg area

You are communicative, team-capable and keep an overview even in stressful situations

You work on your own initiative, solution-oriented and have a strong quality and cost awareness

You have no problem with shiftwork and speak fluent German and good English
