Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Operational security: With your commitment, you make sure that our properties and rental houses work smoothly at any time. Technology & building care: With your know-how, you can reliably handle the maintenance, repair and monitoring of our technical equipment (ventilation, climate, sanitation, electrical engineering). You have an eye for detail and make sure that our buildings always have a clean and well-kept appearance. Coordination: You organize and coordinate craftsmen as well as service provider and supplier companies so confidently and predictively. Project management: You actively contribute to projects in facility management and control them independently for success. Administration & Willingness: You support the administrative tasks of facility management and house management and take the technical standby service. You will be able to support tenants as well as internal and external customers as a friendly contact person at any time.

Expertise You have completed training in HLKS or a comparable qualification. You ideally have experience in facility management and bring a good understanding of the processes. Knowledge of the handling of electrical systems as well as ventilation and heating systems complete your technical profile. The safe and value-assuring handling and communication with partners from crafts, delivery and service are of course for you. Expertise You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing that allow you to communicate clearly and professionally. Your good MS Office skills help you to perform your tasks efficiently and structuredly. You can easily read, understand and translate technical drawings into practice.
