Employee in the Riester contract administration department - limited to 2 years (m/f/d)

You are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for our customers and sales partners, both by phone and in writing, and ensure service-oriented support. You shall examine applications for allowances and process requests for amendment to existing allowance criteria. You process capital transfers – both when changing to us and from our house to other providers. You process contract transactions in the context of pension and capital disbursements at the end of the contract.

You ideally have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or a comparable degree. You bring the willingness and understanding to acquire the necessary knowledge quickly and partly independently. You have a pronounced service orientation and communicate friendly and targeted with different contact persons. You are dedicating and are committed and solution-oriented. You appreciate teamwork and have a strong team capacity.
