Strengthen our teams as (Senior) Consultant/Auditor Sustainability - Sustainable Finance (m/w/d). In your regional area of application, you will serve our customers. The activities are carried out in the premises of our clients and clients or remotely in the context of mobile work and thus independently of our locations. Your place of residence determines your priority area.

Support in the preparation and quality assurance of non-financial reports according to CSRD/HGB, ESRS and TaxonomyVO for credit institutions, financial companies and corporations Implementation of the necessary processes for CSRD reporting (due diligence processes, materiality analysis, non-financial accounting) Integration of CSRD reporting into the existing process architecture of a bank and linking with the banking-typical departments such as risk management and credit business as well as finance Implementation of ESG risk management procedures to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, EBA-GL) Implementation of the external audit of CSRD reports in cooperation with our auditors Accompanying credit institutions on their way to a sustainable bank analysis and optimization of the sustainability positioning of credit institutions within the framework of strategy and management consultancy Advising sustainability topics such as ESG risk management, sustainability strategy, climate accounting and PCAF Coaching and training of sustainability managers

Responsible development of sustainable solutions and services and educational concepts in the sustainability field Responsibility and management of a portfolio of consulting services in the sustainability segment Implementation of specialist workshops and webinars as well as teaching activities

Complete business studies, preferably focusing on banking and financial services, financial management, banking & finance, financial management/regulation, consulting & auditing, accounting, controlling & taxation, sustainability, sustainable finance or risk management As an alternative, an apprenticeship as a banking businessman/wife and further training as a banking specialistin/banking businessmanwith multi-year professional experience in credit, risk management or accounting You have knowledge of at least one of the following regulatory sustainability topics: CSRD, ESRS, TaxonomyVO, NFRD/ non-financial reporting according to HGB i.V.m. DNK or GRI, DisclosuresVO (SFDR), bank supervisory ESG requirements from MaRisk and EBA guidelines Alternatively, you can bring knowledge and experience in the field of climate accounting and PCAF Ideally, you already have professional experience in implementing regulatory sustainability requirements and in CSR(D) reporting in a company, preferably a credit institution or management consultancy, or bring knowledge of the audit of non-financial reports with Communication strength and pronounced service orientation Enthusiasm for new topics, creativity and innovation joy Joy of changing operations and various business models Impressed management skills and design awareness of a dynamic and forward-looking theme
