In the second quarter of 2025, we plan to transfer the location of the ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH from Munich to Oberpfaffenhofen (Weßling). Development and monitoring of professional standards – Your tasks include the development, determination and continuous monitoring of the implementation of professional standards, process and process descriptions. You ensure that the high quality requirements for the processes are always adhered to and thus supports operational efficiency. Collaboration, coordination and interface management – You work closely with specialist management and speakers and ensure a smooth flow of information as the central interface of the medical crew. Project work – You can participate in various projects or take over their management. Applicant management, onboarding and offboarding – You are responsible for applicant management and for the organisation of onboarding and offboarding both internal and external rescue professionals. Conception and coordination of personnel development measures – In this position, you take on the development and coordination of professional personnel development measures. In doing so, you will develop targeted programs for the training and promotion of rescue personnel and actively contribute to the improvement of individual and organizational skills. Document management – You take care of the maintenance, updating and clear, structural management of all important documents to ensure that the documentation is uniformly and easily accessible. Administrative tasks in the field of rescue personnel - The position includes administrative tasks such as the processing of enquiries, data management and support for organisational activities in the rescue service.

The theory sits – you ideally bring a completed study in the field of rescue engineering, rescue service management or a comparable successfully completed qualification. Training as an emergency medical device as well as experience in the air rescue service is advantageous. Knowledge – You can demonstrate sound knowledge in process management and have first experience in personnel development. You can also manage the safe handling of MS Office and other relevant software tools. Professional experience – You have practical experience in the maintenance service environment. Communication – flowing German knowledge in word and writing on at least C1 level are absolutely necessary; good English knowledge is desirable. What completes your profile – your strong team skills as well as your high attention to details are just as good as your concept strength and your very good organizational ability. In addition, you have excellent communicative skills and a high level of social competence.
