Technical Employee CNC Programming (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for creating CNC programs using CAM system Siemens NX. You are responsible for the acquisition of volume models from the CAD and derivation of milling and turning operations. You can independently generate volume models using CAD software and create CNC programs using CAM software. You define machining strategies taking into account the required tools and for different cutting machines. Optimizing CNC programs in coordination with the machine operator is also one of your tasks. You define workpiece layers and clamping in the machine and specifications of reference points. You select cutting tools to optimize production processes and perform CNC program simulations.

You have a training as a machining mechanic in the field of milling technology and at least 3 years of professional experience in creating CNC programs. You have experience in CNC manufacturing and have knowledge in handling CNC machine controls Heidenhain and Siemens A high level of responsibility, improvisation and organizational skills are your strengths. You are characterized by high awareness of detail and conceptual thinking. You have experiences in common computer systems and are familiar with CAM systems, preferably Siemens NX. Self-employed and flexible work as well as team and contact skills complete your profile.
