Working Student HR Management (m/w/d)

Sarstedt, one of the world's leading providers of laboratory and medical technology, develops, produces and distributes equipment and consumables for medicine and science. For our headquarters in Nümbrecht-Rommelsdorf, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) for the next possible time with up to 20 hours/week.

They support HR experts in national personnel management They support day-to-day operations in administrative tasks and special topics They support the organisation of events, actively support our HR projects and bring themselves together with creative ideas and suggestions for solutions. Research and prepare information for internal purposes They identify current trends and support the implementation of resulting impulses They are actively involved in our HR process optimization and work with the department-internal digitization process You check and validate data You are responsible for creating regular reports

Studies in the field of economics or comparable, ideally with the focus on personnel or controlling Very good MS Office knowledge First experiences in human resources management as well as SAP knowledge are desirable Enthusiasm for the (co-) design, development and optimization of processes Very good communication skills in German and English (written/ oral) Analytical thinkability and rapid understanding Self-employed, careful working and flexibility
