Professional and disciplinary leadership of the disponent: Consumption, disposal, tracking and completion of work orders Compliance with quality requirements and deadlines customer correspondence, answering customer requests and complaint management; by phone and in writing Process optimization and resource planning in maintenance management Administrative activities and document management

Completed studies in commercial or technical fields or comparable vocational training Knowledge of the disposition of service personnel Professional experience in facility management, leadership experience desirable Safe handling of common Microsoft applications, ideally MS-Dynamics German language skills (at least C1)
