Budgeting, Forecasting and Cashflow Management Organisation of distributions and monitoring of fiscal and regulatory issues Strategic planning and development of energy parks along their life cycle Preparation and implementation of cross-disciplinary reviews (economic, technical, legal) Creation of reports and analysis of deviations incl. deriving recommendations for action Close cooperation with internal interfaces (project development, asset management, marketing, finance, legal) Management of external partners (e.g. business leaders, banks, tax advisors, auditors, co-partners) Maintenance of property owners:inside and guaranteeing contractual obligations Acquisitions and integration of new projects into the portfolio
