They sometimes take over the creation of CNC programs for processing. You are also responsible for the conversion of bending data from the construction (e.g. STEP-File in IGES) and for the determination of the bending direction (forward/backward). Following tasks await you:

• Creation of CNC programs for machining
• Conversion of bending data from the construction (e.g. STEP-File in IGES) and fixing of the bending direction (forward/backward)
• Documentation of changes (e.g. adaptation of the bending parameters for possible data record errors) and storage of the programs on data carriers
• fixation of the clamping possibilities (self or in coordination with experienced colleagues), e.g. displacement of the mandrel tension, as well as adaptation of sliding rails and clamping pieces
• Construction or conversion of bending devices (depending on the pipe geometry) as well as checking of the clamping functions and adaptation according to known parameters/ patterns
• Assignment of the bending tools and processing of the program in the individual set
• bending and machining of parts as well as possibly Optimization of the CNC program after consultation

We wish:

• A completed vocational training for precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, or in a metalworking profession, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the fields of maintenance, aerospace, measurement technology, quality management and technical documentation
• Embossed team and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
• If necessary, the willingness to shift work (2 layer system)
• German and advanced knowledge of English
• Tools: MS-Office, SAP
