The Rheinbrückengesellschaft Ludwigshafen-Mannheim mbH (RBG) was founded in 2026 by the cities of Ludwigshafen and Mannheim and the construction project company Ludwigshafen, in order to shape the future of cross-urban Rhine crossings together. As a contractor, it plays a central role in the planning, refurbishment and further development of the bridge infrastructure between the two cities. The RBG is working to establish the crossings of the Rhine in the long term in a viable, secure and sustainable manner, in an environment that promotes responsibility, estimates its own initiative and supports continuous further development. The focus is on the Kurt-Schumacher-Brückenzug and the Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke. The Rheinbrückengesellschaft combines technical expertise with project management and municipal cooperation in order to sustainably secure important transport links of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

Preparation, coordination and support of the planning and construction measures at the Kurt-Schumacher-Strombrücke Participation in the planning and implementation of rehabilitation and recovery measures Examination and coordination of planning documents, performance directories and tender documents Monitoring and control of project dates, costs, milestones and compilation of regular status reports Preparation and monitoring of the required procurement procedures in consultation with the competent department Coordination and control of external experts and engineering offices in the planning and construction process Accompanying the measures on the client side and supporting technical and organisational coordination with the project participants Participation in the processing of technical questions and the development of suitable solutions in the ongoing planning and construction process

You have completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (constructive engineering or comparable) and have at least two years of professional experience in the constructive field You bring interest and enthusiasm for large projects in bridge construction You feel safe in dealing with relevant standards, guidelines and project management methods You have pronounced analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working understanding You have excellent German skills at native language level Communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation complete your profile
