Our premise is to support people on your way out of debt and to master all the challenges with them in this process. You advise and inform our client:individual You negotiate with creditors: inside, including the creation of debt settlement plans You communicate and exchange with the client: inside and out of the creditors You carry independent correspondence You prepare consumer insolvencies and support their implementation

You have a successfully completed 1st State Exam and the admission to the lawyership You have good civil law knowledge as well as expertise in the field of insolvency and extrajudicial comparative management as well as debt counselling and/or the willingness to work accordingly You control the current MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) You have strong skills in the discussion and negotiation management You convince with enforcing, reliability, your organizational ability, your negotiation skills and your friendliness You have very good German skills (min. C1 level)
