Planning, coordination and monitoring of development projects and activities in the field of machine analysis and simulation. performing and evaluating thermal, structural and fluid-mechanical simulations of machines, plants and processes. Planning and evaluation of empirical studies on the thermal, static and dynamic behaviour of machines using suitable measuring technology. Development of new measurement methods and methods. Cooperation with universities, research institutes and external partners to develop innovative technologies.

Successfully completed engineering-scientific studies, preferably with doctoral studies, in the field of mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on the numerical and experimental analysis of machines and plants. Multiannual professional experience within the development of high-tech machines or plants. First leadership experiences are of advantage. Deep experience in managing interdisciplinary teams using agile project management methods. Very good knowledge of the simulation, in particular FE simulation, of static, dynamic and flow-mechanical problems. Very good knowledge of the construction of mechatronic systems. Knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence. Very good knowledge of CAD and FE software, ideally SolidWorks and COMSOL Multiphysics, are required. Very good knowledge of optical, thermal and vibrational measurement technology. Very good knowledge of German and English. Willingness to travel worldwide as part of customer and trade fair visits.
