Senior Consultant Digital Production/ Industry 4.0 (m/f/d)

Digitization: You support production analyses and identify digitalization potentials for increasing efficiency. Consultation: Together with the adesso team, you advise our customers conceptually for digitizing processes across the entire value chain of manufacturing companies. Industry 4.0: You implement efficiency enhancement and production optimization projects through the targeted use of Industry 4.0 elements. Technology selection: You develop proposals for the selection of technologies and systems and determine the procedure for project implementation. Workshops: You organize and guide workshops and feasibility studies with our customers. Proof-of-Concepts: In customer-oriented roles such as Product Owner or Project Management, you design proof-of-concepts and project piloting and accompany their implementation.

Education: A completed study in (economic)informatics or (economic)ingeny is your basis for this role. Industry knowledge: You have relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry and know the peculiarities of this environment. Methods: In consulting methods and agile methods like Scrum, Kanban and MVP you know well. Communication: With your open ear for the wishes and themes of our customers, you take up concerns and moderate them accordingly. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
