Whether industrial hall, office building or school campus – as a specialist building manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the building-technical facilities and make sure that real quality will be on the construction site from planning. Your tasks – practical, versatile, responsible Construction line with technical depth: You are responsible for the technical management of the building engineering plants (supply technology or electrical engineering) on our turnkey construction projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (e.g. in Greifswald, Neubranden-burg, Rostock, Schwerin) Quality in focus: You control and control the implementation at the construction site – with regard to costs, dates, quality and safety Configure the award: You accompany the selection and commissioning of contractors and bring your technical know-how to the award-rategy Accounting & traceability: You support the technically precise calculation of construction services and thus ensure transparency and economics. Teamwork at the construction site: In close cooperation with project and construction management, you actively shape the process of the construction phases – solution-oriented and partnership-oriented Contact person with competence: (m/w/d) and support the projects in the guarantee period

(m/w/d) or studies in the field of Smart Building, Supply Technology or Electrical Engineering (or comparable qualification)

Ideally professional experience in the construction management of building equipment

Good knowledge of HLSK or electrical engineering, ideally also in VOB

Safe in handling MS Office and common construction tools
