Rent Accountant for Residential and Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)

Accounting & Financial Management: In accordance with the regulations of all business incidents on the rental accounts, taking into account tax aspects (pre-tax/conversion tax) for commercially leased properties Processing of credit disbursements in compliance with the maturity of tenants, pension funds and job centers as well as compiling the associated bank data and documents Payment management & settlement: Responsibility for the planning, implementation and control of the monthly setpoints Ensuring the timely creation of bank data for the monthly rental income Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with fixed deadlines Cooperation & Process Optimization: Cooperation with other areas of expertise to optimize internal processes Working with the development of digital organization processes, projects and change management

Expertise Completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate merchant or accountant with experience in the real estate industry or merchant/wife for financial and accounting Experience in dealing with housing software Wodis Sigma of advantage Secure handling of MS Office, in particular Excel, for accounting evaluations and data analysis Basic knowledge of turnover tax law, in particular in the context of residential and commercial real estate Personal competencies Own-responsible, structured and independent operation High readiness, flexibility and durability in the daily accounting and accounting process Quick conception and pronounced analytical thinking Friendly, binding and professional appearance in exchange with internal and external contacts Impressed numerical affinity and understanding of economic relations Reliability, teamability and cross-sectoral thinking
